Novak and Associates
Novak and Associates is a virtual organization of top-level independent consultants and trainers. Every associate has demonstrated:
- Excellence in his or her field
- Service to the profession through volunteer work in a professional association; several have served on at least one Board of Directors and as President of the Board

Clare Novak, who founded the firm in 1994, is an international performance consultant whose career spans over 15 years' outstanding achievement in staff and organizational development. Ms. Novak has significant experience in assessing needs and facilitating the most effective interventions for the four organizational levels: business, performance, work environment and training goals. Her expertise is drawn from significant experience leading organizational change as both an internal and external practitioner.
She was the 1998 recipient of the Helen Dutcher Mentoring Award from the American Society for Training and Development, Philadelphia Chapter. Clare's publications address a wide range of business and training issues.

Our Associates
Anita E. August is a human resources generalist with extensive corporate and organizational experience. Areas of specialty include performance improvement, management development, e-learning event design and delivery.

Ray Wells, Ph.D., has served more than 60 clients over the last decade. Currently he is focusing his energy on two primary sectors: small private sector organizations with less than 200 employees, and educational institutions. Ray's specialties include:
• Building capacity in both individual leaders and workplace teams to make change,
• Facilitating large group events in organizations to move towards a shared vision of the future.
Dolores A. Davis has over twenty years experience in staff development, management consulting, and training. Her focus is on assisting organizations, individuals, and groups in improving overall performance through interventions, workshops, and individual coaching. Ms. Davis' training experience includes:

- Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Dialoguing - Anger Management
Sonia Stamm brings fifteen years of broad experience in executive search and hiring within the high technology, service and non-profit arenas. With expertise in assessing organizational fit, she concentrates on helping small companies build and integrate their management teams. She also facilitates workshops on hiring, and career development.
