Representative International Experience:
- Leadership development training and skills development in interpersonal communication, presentation, personality type assessment, leadership, motivation and teambuilding conducted for the Egyptian Ministry of Energy and Electricity and Telecom Egypt. Facilited course for eight consecutive years.
- Train the trainer courses for Egyptian Ministry of Energy and Electricity and Telecom Egypt. These courses insured the sustainability of the Leadership Development Program upon transition from US based instructors.
- Networking training for NGO's throughout Egypt; insured program sustainability by conducting skills training and train the trainers
- Leadership development training for Ukrainian Power sector
- Performance management training for an international pharmaceuticals firm conducted for mid-level managers. Seven countries were represented among the individuals attending training.
